Dr. Theo Trandafirescu is a distinguished physician and leader in the Romanian-American medical community, based in the New York tri-state area. A founding member of ROAMEF, Dr. Trandafirescu has dedicated his career to advancing medical education and fostering collaboration between American and Romanian healthcare professionals. His vision for a connected Romanian-American medical network led to the creation of ROAMEF in 2026, with the goal of bridging two healthcare systems through mentorship, education, and shared expertise.
Dr. Dan Mușat is an accomplished physician affiliated with Valley Medical Group, bringing extensive experience in patient care and medical leadership to ROAMEF. As a founding member and Vice President, Dr. Mușat plays a central role in shaping the federation strategic direction and partnerships. His commitment to the Romanian-American medical community is reflected in his active involvement in community health initiatives and professional development programs.
Dr. Alina Dulu, M.D., is a specialist in Critical Care Medicine and a founding member of ROAMEF. She brings deep expertise in intensive care and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through education and cross-border medical collaboration. Dr. Dulu is passionate about creating sustainable pathways for Romanian and American physicians to exchange knowledge and advance the standard of care in both countries.
